3DS conversion

3DS meshes are converted to Polygons. The mesh can be split into separate files.

OBJ conversion

OBJ meshes are converted to Polygons by default. Subdivision mesh output can also be produced.

SVG conversion

SVG rectangles and paths can be converted to RIB. Colours are also preserved. ribbify can't render fonts (screenhack however, has a 3D text object which generates RIB from a TrueType front).

Why is this useful ? Well, I wrote it because I wanted a way to do 2D animation using screenhack, with model creation in some other program like inkscape.
